Depending on how you use Elevate, you may provide information such as:

  • Organization name, job role, location, trainer, cohort, or related organization information.

  • Information submitted through support requests, contact forms, surveys, or other communications.
  • Exam dates, reported exam outcomes, attempt information, or examination-area information that you choose to provide.

3. Purchase and Transaction Information

When you purchase an Elevate product or service, Elevate may receive transaction-related information such as the product purchased, purchase date, amount, payment status, billing email, order identifier, and related transaction details.

Payment-card processing may be performed by third-party payment processors. Elevate does not require users to send full payment-card numbers through support email.

Please do not send full card information to Elevate Support. If you contact us about a purchase, an order confirmation, transaction identifier, or other limited purchase information is generally more useful.

4. Practice-Test and Learning Activity

When you use Elevate practice tests or learning tools, Elevate may collect or receive information about your activity and performance.

This may include:

  • Tests assigned, opened, or completed.
  • Practice-test scores.
  • Question or task performance.
  • Section-level or TCO-related performance.
  • Testing time or completion time.
  • Attempt information.
  • Progress across multiple Elevate tests.
  • Interaction with feedback or related learning tools.

5. Performance Profiles and Analytics

Elevate may use practice-test activity to create individual Performance Profiles, section summaries, task-level analytics, progress trends, focus areas, or other learning insights.

These analytics are intended to help users understand their Elevate preparation activity and identify areas for additional review.

Elevate-generated performance information is not an official BACB exam record.

6. Reported RBT Exam Outcomes

Elevate may allow candidates to report information about their official RBT examination experience after an exam.

Depending on the feature available, this may include:

  • Exam date.
  • Whether the candidate reported passing or not passing.
  • Attempt number or whether the exam was a first attempt or retake.
  • Section-level information voluntarily reported after an unsuccessful examination attempt.
  • Optional preparation or satisfaction feedback.

Reported exam outcomes may be self-reported by the candidate or, where appropriate, entered by an authorized organization user.

Reported outcomes may not be independently verified. Elevate may rely on the information provided by the candidate or authorized organization representative.

7. Organization and Cohort Information

When Elevate is provided through an employer, ABA provider, training program, educational organization, or other organization, Elevate may process information associated with that organization relationship.

This may include:

  • Organization name.
  • Learner or candidate assignments.
  • Cohort or training group.
  • Trainer assignment.
  • Location assignment.
  • Training date or onboarding information.
  • Practice-test participation and performance.
  • Reported exam outcomes.
  • Administrative notes or information necessary to manage organization access.

8. Organization Dashboard Access

Authorized organization users may have access to dashboards or reports related to learners associated with their organization.

Depending on the organization's services, this may include individual or aggregated information about participation, test completion, practice performance, section performance, progress, cohort comparisons, trainer or location segmentation, and reported exam outcomes.

Organization users are responsible for using information available through Elevate consistently with their own legal, privacy, employment, and organizational obligations.

9. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use Elevate websites or digital services, certain technical information may be collected automatically.

Depending on the technologies in use, this may include:

  • IP address.
  • Browser type or device information.
  • Operating system.
  • Approximate location derived from network information.
  • Pages viewed or features used.
  • Referring pages or links.
  • Dates, times, and general interaction information.

12. Product Improvement and Research

Elevate may analyze practice-test data, learning activity, user feedback, and reported exam outcomes to evaluate and improve its educational products and analytics.

Where appropriate, Elevate may use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate broad preparation patterns, product effectiveness, or relationships between practice performance and reported outcomes.

Elevate should not present self-reported outcome data as independently verified official examination data.

13. Email and Communications

Elevate may use your contact information to send transactional or service-related communications such as purchase confirmations, account notices, access information, support responses, product updates, or other communications necessary to provide your services.

If you choose to receive marketing or promotional email, you may generally unsubscribe using the option provided in those communications.

Unsubscribing from promotional messages may not prevent important transactional or service communications.

If your access is purchased, assigned, or administered by an organization, that organization may receive information related to your use of the organization-sponsored Elevate resources.

Depending on the services purchased, this may include participation, completion, scores, performance analytics, learning trends, assignments, cohort information, and reported exam outcomes.

Elevate may also receive candidate or administrative information from the organization when needed to create, assign, administer, or support organization access.

16. Data Retention

Elevate may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and purchase records, operate analytics, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business needs.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and applicable requirements.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, Elevate may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it where appropriate.

No website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
