QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START?

Individual Prep FAQ

Quick answers about access, practice tests, study guides, feedback, and your Elevate Performance Profile.

Do I need an account to try the free practice test?
No. The free 20-question practice test does not require an Elevate account, credit card, or purchase. You can start practicing right away.
What is included with a paid practice test?
Paid practice tests are full-length 85-question experiences with detailed answer feedback, timed testing, the ability to flag questions and return to them, and access to your performance results after completion.
When does my Performance Profile become available?
Your Performance Profile becomes useful after you complete a paid Elevate practice test. It organizes your results by TCO content area and measured TCO tasks so you can see strengths and areas to revisit.
What is the difference between the Master Study Guide and Cram Guide?
The Master Study Guide is designed for comprehensive review with deeper explanations, examples, key terms, comparisons, and application-focused study. The Cram Guide is a more concise resource built for faster review and focused final preparation.
How do I access my purchases?
Paid Elevate products use an Elevate member account. After joining through the selected prep plan, you can sign in and use your Member Hub to reach the study materials, practice tests, and performance tools included with your purchase.
Is Elevate affiliated with or endorsed by the BACB?
No. Elevate Behavioral Learning is an independent exam-preparation company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the BACB.
